		<description>Thanks everybody!

Mark - The bird slept until daybreak, and then flew off. Where exactly it was planning to fly, I have absolutely no idea.

It was interesting in another aspect, because passing Belgium, a bird of the same species darted through my rigging, being chased by something much larger. It was a rather large blow to the peace when it was hunted and devoured in front of my eyes, after becoming so tired, it literally dropped in the water.

I´d be really interested to know what kind of birds these are, and what they´re doing at sea.

<description>Great entry. I really enjoy this blog, but I have to know what happened with the bird? Did it ride with you all the way to spain?

		<description>Hey Nick,

Very good. What an aventure, but a good choice to sail to Spain / Portugal. Enjoy Coruna, but especially Porto and Lissabon. Beware of the bureaucratics and be nice to the Guardia di Civil.

Take care.
